Event Date:
February 10, 2012 - 6:30pm Have you guys ever eaten in pitch black darkness? If you have, I'm sure you couldn't believe the taste of the food...you could taste all the ingredients and feel the texture of the food in your tongue. Every sensation is heightened - hearing, touch, taste.
This is what every BLIND child goes through every day, but they have no options to turn on the lights or remove a blindfold.
Join us this February 10, 2012, 6:30pm at the new Best Western Premiere F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City (The Fort) for a DINNER IN THE DARK. You will be assisted by staff of Enderun College and Best Western Premiere, and treated to an INSIGHTFUL experience. Hopefully this will be a nice pre-Valentine treat for your loved ones.
Tickets are priced at 1,500 each. Couples, groups, singles are welcome. There will be special games that will make eating in the dark very interesting and fun, especially for the single groups who will be paired off.
The proceeds of this fund-raising dinner will go to our JCI Manila Blind Olympics nationwide project in March 2012 with Parents Advocates for Visually Impaired Children (PAVIC). This project aims to increase awareness for the plight of visually impaired kids in the country, and hopes to uplift their lives through our new JCI Manila advocacy projects.
There are only 150 seats in total, and tickets are running out. For reservations or confirmations, please call or text VP Jonas at 0918-8356627 or 0922-8856627 for tickets.
