December 23, 2007 was the date set for the blessing of the minor clubhouse renovation. Incidentally it was also the date set for the informal Manila Jaycee Christmas party at the Clubhouse. |

It was indeed very happy for the recipients of Happy Jesus Day! JCI Manila undertook not one but 2 Happy Jesus Day projects. The first Happy Jesus Day was undertaken by the Baby Jaycee group of BLO & Director for Membership JCI Mem. Jojo Chua with BJC Rommel Ramos as the project Chairman. Almost 200 children from the GK Village of Baseco benefited from the early Christmas celebration of Junior Chamber International Manila last December 9. |

Tondo, Manila- the baby Jaycee group of Michael Goco, Michael Falsis, Marc Tio, Ramon Aquino, and Miko Palarca, led by Baby Jaycee Sid Cayton as the Project Chairman completed their task of renovating the various dwelling places in one of the buildings of the Gawad Kalinga Village. |

Junior Chamber International – Manila celebrated 60 years of Jayceeism through out Asia at one of Philippines historic landmarks the Manila Hotel. It is the place where the group of Artemio Vergel De Dios and his classmate Ramon Del Rosario Jr. initiated the very first general membership meeting on December 20, 1947! The Manila Jaycees 59th board of directors spearheaded by their tenacious President, JCI Sen. Louie Basilio Jr. decided to end and turn over the 2007 term to the diamond board of Directors led by its incoming President JCI Mem. Ping Kamantigue at the same venue.
